Stamped Colored Concrete
Concrete has come a long way! You can achieve amazing effects with stamped concrete. The illusion is not only beautiful, but much more affordable. You can transform almost any concrete job to have the look and feel of real pavers or stone!

First, we color the entire truck load of concrete. We float and finish, as you normally would. Then we broadcast the highlight color in a powder form over the entire surface of concrete. The powder has a curing agent in it, and will also let the rubber stamps "release" from the wet concrete. We wait 3 days before we come back and wash off the powder. Then we wait 7 days and return to sand the surface and apply a matte finish sealer.

Stamped concrete is a maintenance type surface and should be resealed every 3 to 5 years. We'll be glad to come back to help you protect your investment.

New Dig Concrete Services
Whatever your project is, a new patio, sidewalk, drive extension, etc. First, we'll layout the job specification that the customer has approved. Then we'll cut in 6" deep - add 4" of washed #57 stone grade and compact stone. Then pour 4" of 6.5 bag mix concrete with fiber reinforcement.

We tool or saw cut in control joints. Then apply a cure and seal type sealer to surface.

Sealer upgrades are available, and wire reinforcements are also available, upon request for an additional fee.

 Remove and Replace
Perry's Pavement Plus will demo your old concrete, haul all debris to proper disposal site. Then add new washed stone, "as needed", graded and compacted. Next, we form and pour at appropriate thickness. (Many municipalities require 6" concrete for approaches and approach walks.) Perry's Pavement Plus does comply with those specs, and are licensed, bonded, and insured in most of the greater Columbus area.

Concrete Cleaning and Sealing
Concrete retains a lot of moisture, especially in heavily shaded areas. This can cause the growth of algae and mold, which can make sound concrete look bad. Perry's Pavement Plus can clean, crack fill and patch, then seal your existing concrete to make it look almost as good as new. This will enable you to prolong the life of your concrete.

We recommend a deep penetrating silane/soloxane sealer. This product doesn't change the color, doesn't make it slippery, and has a 10 year manufacture's rating. It's not cheap, but at around 10¢ on the dollar, versus replacement, is money well spent.
