New
Extensions
New dig projects include cutting in 9" deep, installing 6" of #304 dusty limestone base, grade, compact stone. Then install 3" of compacted hot #404 asphalt.
Asphalt Remove and Replace
We will dig-out old concrete or asphalt and dispose of it to the proper dump site. Then we will install up to 6" of new #304 stone (as needed). Grade and compact base, then pave with 3" of compacted hot #404 asphalt.
Asphalt Overstone
Fine grade existing stone, add up to 2" of #304 stone, compact stone, and pave with 3" of compacted #404 hot asphalt.
Asphalt Caps
First we grind, taper, or cut out next to any existing surfaces to flush-up new asphalt. Clean drive and over edges. Install 1½" of compacted hot #404 asphalt.
NOTE: Grading and asphalt installation to accommodate positive drainage where possible. On caps, we cannot change water flow due to existing grades. All asphalt work is guaranteed for a period of 1 year.
Sealcoating
First we'll expose edges and clean drive/ parking lot. At this time we crack fill (for additional monies), with hot pour rubber crack fill. Then we'll apply 1 or 2 coats of coal tar emulsion / asphalt emulsion sealer. We add sand at a rate of 1 1/2 lbs per gallon and latex additives to enhance performance and color. Then barricade off entrances.
Hot Pour Rubberized Crack Fill
This product will only go into ¼" or wide cracks. This product is melted in a hot metal cooker at 350°, then poured into cracks, and smoothed over with "V shaped" rubber squeegee. This product helps keep water out of gravel base and prevents asphalt failure.
